Refund policy

Jurisdiction: United Kingdom
The Integrity Moat: Our Philosophy
At Kid-Preneur, we teach that a brand is a Contract of Respect. We are committed to providing high-level "7-figure" value to every family. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly to your "HQ," our returns policy follows specific UK regulations for digital content to ensure fairness for both the founder and the customer.
1. Digital Content (Single Courses & Mini-Courses)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to change your mind about a digital purchase. However, there is an important exception for digital content:
-
The Instant Access Rule: If you choose to access, stream, or download the course content within the 14-day period, you are consenting to "waive" your right to a refund.
-
Our Protocol: Once a student logs into the Founder Dashboard and begins a mission, the "digital seal" is considered broken. This is because the intellectual property has been delivered.
-
Unopened Purchases: If you have purchased a course but have not yet logged in or accessed the content, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. Subscriptions (Weekly Missions)
For families on our Weekly Subscription plan, we operate a "Frictionless Exit" policy:
-
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. There is no minimum contract.
-
Billing Cycles: When you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (e.g., the end of the month). No further payments will be taken.
-
Refunds on Renewals: We do not offer partial refunds for mid-month cancellations. It is the Lead Mentor's responsibility to manage the subscription status before the next renewal date.
️ 3. Faulty Content & "The Quality Promise"
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be:
-
As Described: It must match the information we gave you before you bought it.
-
Fit for Purpose: It must be capable of doing what it was intended to do.
-
Satisfactory Quality: It must reach the high standard of a Kid-Preneur product.
If you find a technical "Glitch" or a "Broken Bridge" in our content:
-
The Fix: We have the right to repair or replace the digital content to make it right.
-
The Refund: If we cannot fix the issue within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the rules above:
-
Contact HQ: Email our support team with your order number.
-
The Reasoning: Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund (e.g., "Accidental purchase, content not accessed").
-
Processing: We aim to process valid refund requests within 5-7 working days. Payments will be returned to the original payment method used (Stripe/PayPal/Card).
5. Ethical Protection
Kid-Preneur reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancel accounts if we detect "Integrity Breaches," such as:
-
Sharing login details with people outside your immediate family.
-
Attempting to copy or resell Kid-Preneur intellectual property.
-
Using automated tools to "scrape" our curriculum.
By launching a mission with Kid-Preneur, you agree to these terms. Let’s build the future with integrity.
